Product Introduction:

When the truck engine is working, some unburned combustible mixture and combustion exhaust gas will enter the crankcase and mix with the oil vapor to form an oil-gas mixture. The oil-gas separator can separate the oil and allow the oil to flow back to the oil pan for continued use, while discharging the gas to prevent the oil from being discharged with the exhaust gas and causing waste and pollution. Effective separation of oil and gas can maintain the good lubrication properties of the oil, prevent the oil from deteriorating due to excessive mixing of gas and impurities, extend the service life of the oil, reduce the wear and corrosion of the internal parts of the engine, and maintain the good working condition of all parts of the engine. It can adjust the pressure in the crankcase to keep it basically balanced with the atmospheric pressure, avoid oil leakage caused by excessive crankcase pressure, and also reduce the downward resistance of the piston and increase the output power of the engine. The separated oil vapor and incompletely burned gas can be recycled and reintroduced into the combustion cycle, reducing atmospheric pollution, while also improving fuel utilization and improving the economy of the engine.
